During the three-year project period, 5 transnational meetings alternately took place in the project countries:
- Kick-Off Meeting at the University of Education Karlsruhe in Germany, 12-14/12/2016
- 2nd transnational project meeting at the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust in Stratford-upon-Avon from 10/07/ – 12/07/2017
- 3rd transnational project meeting at the Englisch School of Gothenburg (ESG) in Gothenburg from 15/05 to 17/05/2018
- 4th transnational project meeting at the University of Primorska in Koper (Slovenia) from 04/12 to 06/12/2018
- 5th transnational project meeting at the University of Education Karlsruhe from 03/06 to 07/06/2019
