5th transnational project meeting

at the University of Education Karlsruhe from 03/06 to 07/06/2019

The closing project meeting of „CultureShake“ took place at Karlsruhe. Monday and Friday were scheduled as travel days.

The following topics were discussed and worked on:

  • Dissemination activities
  • Dissemination cycle
  • Website
  • Stakeholder management
  • Impact (including reference to the impact exercise from the fourth transnational project meeting)
  • Intellectual outputs: quality assurance, translation issues and process, layout
  • Check mobility tool
  • Discussion and understanding Final report questions
  • Discussion of project results
  • Sustainability concept
  • Update project plan with dates for catch up calls

As to dissemination and dissemination activities we assessed that our results exceeded the goals stated in the project proposal, as we reached more people than initially aimed there. The dissemination plan put up at the beginning of the project was efficient as it helped us in the course of the project to reach our goals.

According to the impact exercise (which can be found here) we measured a high impact of the project on the institutions. After the close of the project the partners of the project are still invited to talks, which will be displayed in the news, dissemination and gallery section on the project web site to keep people interested informed.

With the stakeholder management we stated that we mobilised regional, national and international networks. Following these goals the last day of the meeting was dedicated to meeting on-site stakeholders such as a representative from the RPI (Religious Education Centre) in Karlsruhe, students and staff from the University of Education.
